Case Study:
Chestnut Park Apartments
Chestnut Park Apartments is an adaptive reuse of the former Holyoke Catholic High School campus, an historic church and school complex in downtown Holyoke into 54 units of affordable rental housing. The Timmy Award Winning adaptive re-use of these historic buildings required unique analysis and solutions. The $19.5M project utilized LIHTC equity and HTC equity and is a showcase for the evolving Holyoke downtown. Kirk&Company worked with Weld Management over the course of five years to provide valuation and market analysis in conjunction with their tax credit application and award.
