Kirk & Company has three primary objectives in completing appraisal and consulting assignments:
    to research and include all information that is relevant to the assignment;
    to provide clear and comprehensive analysis of the data leading to logical conclusions of highest and best use and value;
    to provide services within the scope and time frame of the agreed upon assignment.

Kirk & Company combines integrity, knowledge and experience to provide credible and timely results. We evaluate all types of real property including multi-family apartment and condominium projects, office and retail buildings, industrial properties, institutional facilities and vacant land. We have specialized experience in valuing affordable housing properties, housing with supportive services, fractional and partial interests, air rights and ground leases.

Real estate appraisal assignments are completed in conformance with the Universal Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation, and the additional Standards of Professional Practice of the Appraisal Institute.

Appraisal services are primarily provided for properties in the New England states and New York. Properties in other parts of the United States and Canada are appraised on a selective basis as well.
